There’s Still Time to Sign Up for “Accessing Funding for High Tunnels through USDA-NRCS Programs”

On June 20th from 2:00-3:00 p.m., Join USDA staff from Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and Farm Service Agency (FSA) for a webinar to learn how to access technical help and potential funding for high tunnels and other small-scale practices for your farm or garden! You will also hear firsthand from Ben Miller, an urban grower in Southwest Philly who received a high tunnel through NRCS’s Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).

The webinar is part of the “RBCF Resources for Urban Food Producers 2024 Collection” series. Organized by The Ruth Bennett Community Farm, this series focuses on providing direct small farm resources, as they have become a small hub for food access and community growth.

By signing up, learn how to become eligible and apply for USDA programs, in preparation for the 2025 application period this coming fall. To view registration details, click here.
