Mobile Honey Kitchen Training

In 2025 the Guild received a grant for honey extraction equipment. Part of this grant has funded our new mobile honey kitchen.
This is a training session on how to use the new mobile honey kitchen. You’ll learn how to operate the equipment and maintain standards of cleanliness in line with our certification. At the end of the training you’ll take a test to measure what you’ve learned. If you pass the test you’ll get a certificate of membership on the extraction committee and you’ll be able to use the mobile honey kitchen.
If you want to move the unit you’ll need a vehicle capable of towing 3,000 lbs with a trailer hitch.
Fees for this event will support the maintenance and enhancement of Guild extraction operations.
