Well, I guess it was me. I just went back and looked at the honey kitchen page corrected the statement that you had to proctor if you wanted to extract. D’oh. I’m not sure why I published that. I must have been having one of my spells.

Anyway! You don’t have to proctor! Well, someone does but it’s not a requirement for using the kitchen.

As I write this on Tuesday July 30 we have proctors lined up for August 11 and 18. We are still looking for proctors for 8/4 and 8/25.

We can continue to keep the kitchen open beyond August if folks sign up to proctor.
