Honey Fest was, as usual, a lot of fun this year. We had a record crowd (again) with over 1,700 people counted by Wyck. We also had record honey sales. It seems that after 17 years folks are starting to remember to stock up on honey at the beginning of September.

Don Shump was there with the bee beard again, Dave and Mark extracted and handed out honey, Jeff opened the hives, Aleicia and Katie collected the money, Cris and Lizzie entertained the little ones, and everyone took a turn giving out honey samples. There was a line all the way around the tent from opening at 10 until they shut us down at 4.

A huge thank you to Kim, Kathy and the team at Wyck House for making Honey Fest fantastic, to all our fellow vendors, and to everyone who came and enjoyed the day with us!
